Mark Robinson, CK Jerk Shack's jerk pit master has been experimenting with the jerk method of seasoning, marinating and barbecuing for over 18 years.
Mark recently finished in second place to earn the Silver Dutch Pot Award at the 2006 Jamaican Jerk Festival Cook-off with a menu of "Succulent Jerk Pork" with Hardo Bread and Guava BBQ Sauce, "Poor Man’s Lobster" Jerk Shrimp with Melted Butter, and "Jerk Baby Bella Mushrooms" with Grilled Squash and Guava BBQ Sauce.
